Intensive Support Practitioner
Work as part of an Intensive Support Team, working with neurodivergent children and young people in their homes, or sometimes in a residential or hospital setting (in cases of crisis).
LD TiC Practitioner
You will work as part of a multi practitioner team supporting children and young people in a residential setting. You will assist in the development and implementation of the young persons’ care plan and GMT Therapeutic Mental Health Intervention Programme.
Registered Mental Health Nurse/Registered Learning Disability Nurse
You will provide direct nursing support to one child, young person, or young adult (up to the age of 25) with complex needs working as part of a team delivering holistic targeted, therapeutic support.
Clinical Psychologist
You will work across all departments – Outreach, DSR and Complex Case, Thriving Futures (GMT’s Tier 3.5 service) and Residential – to support in the delivery of Great Minds Together’s therapeutic model of care.
Forensic Psychologist
You will work across all departments – Outreach, DSR and Complex Case, Thriving Futures (GMT’s Tier 3.5 service) and Residential – to support in the delivery of Great Minds Together’s therapeutic model of care.
